PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor which does not require any sample hold circuit and can process the input signals of a plurality of input channels in a phase error-free state even when no complicated arithmetic processing is performed by means of a control section. SOLUTION: Switching signals which switch input channels in a multiplexer 3 are generated in the order stored in a ROM 5a for storing input channel switching order provided in the control section 5. When the signals are generated, the order of input channels stored in the ROM 5a is decided so that the input channels the input signals of which are to be compared with each other may become adjacent to each other. Consequently, the signals of the input channels which are compared with each other in a state where few phase errors occur can be processed even when a sample hold circuit does not exist.
