PURPOSE: A method for preventing misfunction of hood and microwave range humidity sensor is provided by using sensed time, thereby preventing failure of humidity sensor cooking. CONSTITUTION: Whether a preheating is completed is decided. If the preheating is completed, it is decided whether a first set time had passed after an automatic cooking. If the first set time had not passed, it is decided whether the automatic cooking had elapsed a second set time. If the automatic cooking had not elapsed the second set time, it is decided whether a preheating finishing flag is set. If the preheating finishing flag is not set, an initialization is proceeded.
