PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a reservation service on the Internet are provided to prevent double reservation in the same time zone by informing a reservation client and a member company server for the reservation status in real time. CONSTITUTION: The system for managing the reservation service comprises the reservation server(400) storing the reservation data transferred from the outside through the Internet(100), updating the modified and canceled reservation data and transferring the updated contents of the reservation data to the external server requesting the reservation data in real time, the member company server(200) registering the reservation data received from the off-line to the reservation server after connecting to the reservation server, executing the operation to modify and cancel the registered reservation data and displaying the real time reservation data transferred from the reservation server, and a reservation client(300) registering the reservation data for the time and personal to use the member company server after connecting to the reservation server and executing the operation to modify and cancel the registered reservation data.
