PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling interior unit allowing common use of components. SOLUTION: The ceiling interior unit 1 is furnished with a roof lining 2 attached to a ceiling panel 10 of a car body and a sunvisor 4 installed on the roof lining 2, wherein the roof lining 2 has a split constitution composed of a front roof lining part 11 and a separately formed rear roof lining part 12. The sunvisor 4 is installed on the front roof lining part 11.
