PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase-locked loop circuit, that while realizing share of a switch and resistor function also expands the range of fluctuation of oscillating frequency that results to improve the voltage sensitivity for avoiding the duplicative design of prior art. SOLUTION: Voltage variable means 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, which have four kinds of voltage variable parameters, are set for field-effect transistor inverters which is composed of a voltage-controlled oscillator 7 selectively adding variable voltage output state. In this way, the voltage variable means is the fluctuation range of frequency and voltage sensitivity are rapidly improved, and miniaturization by sharing switch and resistor function that have been conventionally differentiated.
