PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording device which allows dubbing regardless of the distance between both apparatuses on a reproducing side and a recording side with simple operation at a time. SOLUTION: This information recording device records speech information and/or video information on a recording medium (not shown in Figure) and communicates the same with one or plural electric apparatus connected by a communication wire 21. The device has an operation means 28a for instructing the reproduction and transmission of the speech information and/or video information to an information reproducing device which is connected by the communication wire 21 and reproduces the speech information and/or video information. The transmitted speech information and/or video information is received and is recorded to the recording medium by the operation of the operation means 28a.
