PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal pressure regulating mechanism with excellent internal pressure regulating function capable of disposing dew condensate. SOLUTION: This internal pressure regulating mechanism is composed of an opening 1 opened in a wall 12 comprising a heat insulating wall of a laboratory 11 of a constant temperature tank part 10 of a complex testing machine; a bag 2 provided at the opening 1 so as to be able to shut off air between the inside and outside of the laboratory 11; an inclined plate 3; and an end member 4 for covering the open end face of the wall 12 and fitting the bag 2. Since the bag is expanded/contracted without resistance, internal pressure regulating performance is excellent, and even if the dew condensate is produced inside and outside of the bag, the dew condensate can be positively drained by the inclined plate.
