PURPOSE: A signal-light time signal output method is provided to reduce the probability of accidence occurred when a signal light is changed from a blue signal light to a red signal light, by informing a driver of time when the signal light is switched. CONSTITUTION: A signal light(1) consists of the combination of blue, red, orange color, and a direction indicator signal lights(1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) and is installed on a road so as to be shown by a driver. A number indicating machine(2) is fixed to an upper or lower side of the signal light, and indicates a numeral. The numeral of the signal light is increased according to turn-on times of the blue, red, and direction indicating signal lights. The number of the signal light is decreased reversely as a predetermined time elapses. The numeral of the signal light is turned on according to activation of the blue signal light. A power light radiating when a power is applied to the numeral indicating machine is embedded in the numeral indicating machine, so that yes or no of the hindrance of the machine is shown to a driver and a walker.
