摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional training effect judging system has only shown a comparison between the marks of the test results before and after a training, therefore, even if a test is carried out before and after the training, it has been impossible to show whether or not an objective training effect has been obtained. SOLUTION: An objective training effect can be presented by the training effect judging system comprising a population selection means for selecting a population data being an object for judging a training effect from the test result data before and after the training, an object data extraction means for extracting a specific population data set of which the object items have been specified from the population, and a pre-test data and a post test data for judging the effect, a measurement error evaluation means for evaluating the measurement error of the test from the specific population data set, and a training effect presentation means for evaluating the training effect according to the measurement error.</p>
