ARTIFICIAL GRINDING WHEEL, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial grinding wheel that can easily discharge and remove grinding chips even if they are loaded among abrasive grains, can be used frequently for a long time, and has high durability. SOLUTION: The artificial grinding wheel has an abrasive grain layer 3 including the dispersed abrasive grains 2 made of ceramics on a base material 1, and silicone 4 or fluororesin is penetrated into the abrasive grain layer 3. The grinding chips loaded among abrasive grains 2, 2 can be easily discharged and removed by releasability of the silicone 4 or the fluororesin.
