PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of milking device which substantially prevents the admission of sucked breast milk into a drive section. SOLUTION: The milking device consists of a milking cup 10 which sucks the breast milk by bringing a nipple segment 11 flared to a conical shape disposed at the front end into tight contact with the breast, a bottle 60 which stores the breast milk sucked by the milking cup 10, a negative pressure generating means 24 which generates a negative pressure in the milking cup 10 and the bottle 60, a drive means 23 which drives the negative pressure generating means 24, a negative pressure regulating means 25 which regulates the negative pressure and a drive section 20 which has a negative pressure releasing means 26 for releasing the negative pressure. An intake path to suck the air in the milking cup 10 and the bottle 60 to the pressure regulating means 25 and a breast milk path for admitting the pumped breast milk by the milking cup 10 into the bottle 60 are separated. An intake/exhaust value 33 is made independent from a diaphragm 31 of the negative pressure generating means 24. A regulating pin 53 for regulating the negative pressure of the negative pressure regulating means 25 and a negative pressure releasing pin 56 for releasing the negative pressure of the negative pressure releasing means 26 are composed of separate bodies.
