PURPOSE: A system and method for computer processing a procedure of an atomic power station is provided to reduce an operator's duty load, enable the operator to know operation response through a system itself, perform a procedure without a separate reference, and easily approach a computer processing system by easily and reasonably displaying a response procedure. CONSTITUTION: A procedure transmitting/receiving unit(205) receives a computerized procedure inputted through a network from other operator's computer system and transmits the same by an operation. A memory(206) stores data of the transmitted and received procedure in a database form. An operating unit(210) operates the transmission/reception of the procedure of the procedure transmitting/receiving unit(205) and allows an operator to directly operate a controller connected to the outside of a pertinent computer system by selecting a button of the procedure displayed on a computer screen display unit. A computer display unit(220) displays the procedure read by the memory according to the operator's operation through the operating unit(210), displays condition information of the controller, a current response with respect to the selected step and a logic of the current response, and permits the operator to connect the control system(300) which directly controls the controller connected to a system on the outside.
