PURPOSE: Provided is a disposable therapeutic instrument for curing prostate disease and hemorrhoids and preventing a return thereof by using infrared rays-emitting material, which is inserted in the anus. CONSTITUTION: The disposable therapeutic instrument comprises a silicone body(10) inserted in the anus, wherein the silicone body(10) contains the infrared rays-emitting material(12) therein or the infrared rays-emitting material(12) is attached to the surface of the silicone body(10). The infrared rays-emitting material(12) contains Al2O3, SiO2, MgO, and TiO2.
