PURPOSE: A multi display device and a fabrication method thereof are provided to minimize a joint of the display device, in realizing a large screen by connecting a plurality of flat display devices. CONSTITUTION: According to flat display devices(20,40), transparent electrodes(14,14') and an insulation layer and an alignment layer are stacked in the inside of a pair of substrates(12,12'), and after sealing the substrates, a liquid crystal material(16) is injected into the inner space. A polarizer is installed on both sides of the device. One side of the flat display devices is sealed using a sealing member(100) like a glass plate, and the upper and the lower substrate of the other sides of the flat display devices are sealed using a sealant. The glass plate improves an adhesion strength and a structural stability of the flat display devices. A protection film(10) is attached to a surface of the upper substrate of the flat display devices. |
