PURPOSE: To provide a centralized piping type fluid pressure cylinder having no projection, which obstructs work in the cylinder, and making centralized piping on the head side possible. CONSTITUTION: A head side port 37A for directly supplying and exhausting compressed air to and from a head side cylinder chamber 32A, and a rod side port 37B for supplying and exhausting compressed air to and from a rod side cylinder chamber 32B are installed in a head cover 28 of a cylinder 22. The rod side port 37B communicates with the rod side cylinder chamber 32B with a flow passage 38a of a fluid supply and exhaust pipe 38, which is fixed to the opening part of the port, passed through the head side cylinder chamber 32A, and is passed airtightly through the central part of a piston 23, and with a hollow part 24a and a communicating part 24b installed in a rod 24.
