PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a defect on a surface due to fall-down and increase a working efficiency in production by filling and charging resin concrete in a case for valve casing, and prevent the case for valve casing from deforming when the resin concrete is filled and charged in the case for valve casing. SOLUTION: A tubular case for valve casing 1 is formed by the combination of a synthetic resin inner tube 2 and a synthetic resin outer tube 3. A synthetic resin reinforcement member 16 joining the inner tube 2 with the outer tube 3 is provided in the case for valve casing 1, and the filled material such as resin concrete is filled from a filling port 14 provided in a space 6 between the inner tube 2 and the outer case 3 at the upper end part or at the lower end part of the case for valve casing 1.
