PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine in which a microcomputer is surely started when a power source is supplied in the machine and trouble does not occur when a game is started. SOLUTION: A reset signal from a reset IC 651 is inputted to an NAND circuit 947 and also inputted to the clear terminal of a counter 941 via an inverting circuit 944. The counter 941 counts a clock signal from an oscillator 943 when the input to the clear terminal becomes a low level. Then, a Q5 output of the counter 941 is inputted to the NAND circuit 947 via an NOT circuit 948. Besides, a Q6 output of the counter 941 is inputted to the clock terminal of a flip-flop 942. A Q output of the flip-flop 942 is inputted to an OR circuit 949. The output of the NAND circuit 947 is introduced to the other input of the OR circuit 949 via the NOT circuit 948. Then the output of the OR circuit 949 is connected to the reset terminal of CPU.
