PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any unread file being erroneously deleted by selecting the validity/invalidity of file deletion by referring to the history of access to an already recorded file in deleting an already recorded file and recording a new file. SOLUTION: A file recording device is constituted of a recording medium 37 for recording a first file and the history of access to the first file and a file recording device 10 for recording the file in the recording medium. The file recording device decides the validity/invalidity of the deletion of the first file by referring to the history of the access to the first file in recording a second file.
