PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both adhesion strength between shields and easy-to-separate property at portions to be stripped. SOLUTION: Shields 20 and an outer sheath 24 are integrally formed with a plurality of coated wires 12 to form a flat cable 10. Terminal portions of the flat cable 10 are provided with slits S for parting the respective coated wires 12. The coated outer peripheries of the coated wires 12 are provided with corrugations 16a for reducing the adhesion strength to the shields 20.
