The device has rails (6) running in guides (4) with ball bearings or roller bearings and at least partially extractable from the oven (1) on which a bearer (5,5') can be placed or fixed, whereby the bearing balls or rollers consist of self-lubricating material, at least one their surfaces. The rails and bearing materials are temperature resistant at the pyrolizing temperatures of at least 500 degrees Centigrade in the oven.
