PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change setting contents of functions and to put them back into their original states by printing setting codes prepared for each item corresponding to a specific function on a form and only reading a setting code out of the form without inputting the setting code with keys by referring to materials such as a setting manual when the setting contents of the function is changed. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 accesses a setting bar code storage file storing setting codes for each item corresponding to various functions, converts the contents into bar code information, and transfers the converted bar code information to a print part 8 to print them on a form. The printed form is scanned by a bar code scanner 9 to read the bar code information and then the read bar code information is inputted and set as the setting code corresponding to a specific function. |
