<p>PURPOSE: A dielectric barrier discharge lamp lighting apparatus is provided to turn on a plurality of dielectric barrier discharge lamps without flickering, by synchronizing phases of high frequency output voltages of inverter circuits. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric barrier discharge lamp lighting apparatus comprises inverter transformers(6) of inverter circuits(100,101,102), wherein the inverter transformers have secondary coils(4) with ends connected with each other. Each of the inverter circuits includes an inverter transformer having an input side primary coil, an output side secondary coil, and an input side third coil; a resonance condenser connected to the primary coil of the inverter transformer; and an oscillation transistor having an input side where a DC power(2) and output of the third coil of the inverter transformer are supplied, and an output side connected to the primary coil.</p> |
