PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vertically divide a rear baggage compartment, provide a door capable of opening/closing in an upper/lower baggage compartment so that a form integrally opening/closing the upper/lower luggage chambers simultaneous ly opened/closed and a form independently opening/closing the upper/lower baggage compartment opened/closed can be selectively obtained. SOLUTION: This rear opening/closing unit structure opens/closes a baggage compartment of a vehicle provided with the luggage compartment in a vehicle rear part, the baggage compartment is vertically divided into an upper/lower baggage compartment 19, 20, the upper/loser luggage compartment 19, 20 is provided with a door 11, 18 capable of opening/closing the door 11 of the upper baggage compartment 19 and the door 18 for the lower baggage compartment 20 are constituted so that a form integrally opening the upper/lower baggage compartments 19, 20 simultaneously opened/closed and a form independently opening/closing the upper/lower baggage compartment 19, 20 opened/closed can be selectively obtained.
