PURPOSE: A motor is provided to improve the reliability of a motor and to prevent the deformation of a hob, a sleeve, and bushes by stacking the bushes engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the hob. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve is inserted into the outer peripheral surface of the shaft. An oil is interposed on the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve so that the sleeve can be rotated about the shaft. A plurality of bearing surfaces which makes contact with the shaft is formed on the sleeve. A hob is inserted into the outer surface of the sleeve, and a disc is positioned on the outer peripheral surface of the hob. A thrust bearing is interposed on the outer peripheral surface of the center of the shaft, and supports the sleeve. Bushes are inserted into the inner surface of the hob. The bushes are stacked on the hob.
