PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the heating cooking in a water tank mounted in a sink by comprising the sink mounted on an upper surface of a cabinet, the water tank mounted in the sink, and a heating means for heating the water tank. SOLUTION: An insulating part 5 is formed outside of an inner wall 6 of a water tank 3 mounted in a sink 2, and an induction heating coil 4 as a heating means is mounted on a rear surface of the insulating part 5. The water is directly supplied from a cock of waterworks to the water tank 3 of which a drain port 8 is closed by a lid. Then the power is supplied to the induction heating coil 4, and the wall 6 in the water tank made of ferrite stainless increases its electric resistance by the magnetic force and generates the heat, whereby the water in the water tank 3 is heated to boil vegetables and the like. After the boiling, the water is slopped over only by removing the lid of the drain port 8 of the water tank 3 for draining. During this boiling cooking work, a cooker hardly moves, and the overturning of a heavy pot becomes unnecessary, so that the boiling cooking work can be efficiently executed while reducing the physical load. The water tank can be also used as a bowl for cooling besides the heating cooking.
