An automatic teller's machine comprising a same-financial-organ account registration controller (101A) and an another-financial-organ account registration controller (101B) both for instructing a display (103) to display a registration screen for allowing the client to input account information to be registered in a magnetic card (700) or IC card (800), and an account delete controller (101C) for instructing the display (103) to display a delete screen for allowing the client to specify account information to be deleted from the registered account information, the same-and another-financial-organ account registration controller (101A, 101B) being adapted for controlling each section so as to register the account information inputted by the client in the magnetic card (700) or IC card (800), and the account delete controller (101C) being adapted for controlling each section so as to delete the account information specified by the client from the magnetic card (700) or IC card (800).
