PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating mat where unevenness of temperature or floor sound is head to occur and besides standardization of parts and the like can be materialized, and provide mat material for floor heating used for it and joist material for the floor heating mat. SOLUTION: In the vicinity of a header-attachment-proposed position 80, a piping groove 60 is formed deeper than other section so as to prevent a header part from projecting from the surface of a mat. Moreover, to make mat material common both in the case of removing all the header-attachment-proposed positions 80 and attaching a header part for two system, and in the case of removing part of the header-attachment-proposed positions and attaching a small header part for one system, and the case of not removing the header- attachment-proposed positions 80, this mat is provided with a cutting-off groove 81 around the header-attachment-proposed place 80, and diving and cutting-off grooves 82 for cutting and dividing it into small and large ones inside the header-attachment-proposed place 80. Furthermore, this is provided with a bypass piping groove 61 and a piping groove 64 for a header so as to cope with the two pipe laying patterns of existence and nonexistence of a header.
