<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of an air-conditioning apparatus which uses adsorbent. SOLUTION: There are provided a main air passage 10 for introducing room air, a first air passage 11 and a moisture-desorption passage 12 branched from the main air passage 10, and a supply passage 13 and a humidifying passage 14 branched from the first air passage 11. A rotary adsorption rotor 20 is disposed to stride the dehumidifying passage 12 and the humidifying passage 14. A moisture-desorption section 14A of the adsorption rotor 20 is heated with a part of indoor air heated in a heat exchanger 2, a regenerating heater is not required. Moisture adsorbed from the indoor air in the moisture-adsorption section 12A is recovered into the indoor air from the moisture-desorption section 14A. The air humidified by the moisture-desorption section 14A is supplied into the room with a second air fan 4.</p> |
