PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy in molding and mechanical strength by press- fitting projecting part forming members of expansive graphite in plural holes with designated shapes formed by penetrating them in the thickness direction of a sheet member made of a material having bigger mechanical strength than it to integrate them, and by forming plural projecting parts on its surface. SOLUTION: Projecting part forming members 15 of expansive graphite is press-fitted in plural holes 16 with designated shapes formed in the thickness direction of the flat sheet material 14a of a sheet member 14 made of a material having bigger mechanical strength than it. The forming member 15, the recessed part 17a of a lower die 17 and the movable pressing die 18a of the upper die 18 are disposed at those spots corresponding to projecting part forming parts of the sheet member 14 having the holes 16. Under this condition, the upper die 18 is brought close to the lower die 17 to be pressed, and the sheet member 14 is integrated with the forming member 15 by press-fitting the forming member 15 in the hole 16 in order to form the projecting part. Thereby, mechanical strength, accuracy in molding and electrical characteristics of a groove part serving as a fuel gas passage and an oxidation gas passage between projecting parts are enhanced. |
