A sheet metal working system (1) includes: a housing rack (3) provided with a plurality of shelves (7) for housing pallets (P): an elevator (25) provided on a side of the housing rack; a pallet holding means (19) located on a bottom shelf of the housing rack for temporarily holding a pallet transported by the pallet transport means; a workpiece separator means (9) located above the pallet holding means; a workpiece table means (21) located adjacently to the housing rack; a sheet working machine (35) and a workpiece piling means (33) arranged so to sandwich the workpiece table means; and a loader (A3) moving among the workpiece table means, the machine and the workpiece piling means.
