PURPOSE: A device for detecting a DS3 M-subframe, is provided to decide a position of an M-subframe pulse with many values in many places as detection places are floating, so that a speed to detect a frame of a DS3 signal is improved and time is regulated with floating. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting a DS3 M-subframe, comprises a control signal generation device(200) and a subframe detection device. The control signal generation device(200) counts input data according to feedback control signal, and controls the subframe detection device. And the subframe detection device latches input data according to a control signal output from the control signal generation device, calculates a position of a counter, and generates a subframe pulse.
