PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING PRODUCT OF CONCRETE BLOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the rapid conveying process of concrete blocks by a method wherein a large number of segmentary fan-like trapozoidal concrete blocks are aligned. SOLUTION: Segmentary fan-like transpozoidal concrete blocks 1 are arranged on a conveyor 11 in two rows so as to come their parallel surfaces 2 and 3 into contact with one another. In the midway of their conveyance, the concrete blocks 1 in both the two rows are stopped temporarily so as to push the concrete blocks 1 in one row towards the conveying direction in order to stagger with the conveying positions of the concrete blocks 1 in the other row by one block on the conveyor 11. After that the concrete blocks in both the rows are conveyed to the end of the conveyance of the conveyor 11 and then transferred onto a turn table 29. The directions of the concrete blocks are changed by 90 by means of the turn table and then transferred onto a carrying-out table 30 and then pushed laterally.
