PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safty when contacting the terminal of electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A contact 3 is provided in front of a framework 1 and the contact 3 is covered with a cylindrical insulating member 3a provided in front of the framework so as to be movable forward/backward to/from the framework 1. A fixing screw 2 is provided for fixing the framework 1 in the state that the end of the contact 3 is put in contact with a terminal 103 by moving the framework 1 near a terminal portion 101 in the state that the end of the insulating member 3a is put in contact with the terminal portion 101.
