PURPOSE: A method for initializing an established content is provided to easily accomplish with a simple method when the content established with a functional establishment for a screen communication of an OSD(on screen display) is changed the whole or for each item. CONSTITUTION: When a user performs the establishment of a reserved recording using a menu screen of OSD for a screen communication, a control command to call a screen of functional menu to a microcomputer(12) through an inputting unit of key(11) is offered. The microcomputer(12) displays a screen of main menu through an OSD unit(13) according to the user's control command through the inputting unit of key(11). When the user establishes the reserved recording about a specific program, the established content is registered in an appropriate table of an EEPROM(15, Electrically-Erasable Read-Only Memory). When a command for automatically memorizing a channel is given in the case of a channel memorization, the microcomputer(12) founds a present received channel signal with a tuner and an IF unit, and registers in the appropriate table of the EEPROM(15) after generating a corresponding channel data.
