PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely perform a draining disposal by providing the angle position of a heating passage in such a manner as to be angle-changeable so that an outlet is situated in a position lower than an inlet in draining. SOLUTION: This device is generally used in warming mode, and at this time, the angle position is controlled so that an outlet 12 is situated in a position higher than an inlet 11. In drain mode, a heating device 4 is rotated to control the angle change so that the outlet 12 is situated in a position lower than the inlet 11. After the angle change, a pump 3 is started to drain the residual sake in the duct within a sake warmer 1 through a discharge port 5. The residual sake in a heating passage 6 is discharged through the outlet 12 set in the position lower than the inlet 11 without leakage, and all the residual sake in the duct is discharge by the pump 3. The residual sake can be forcedly discharged in a short time by force feed. The operation is further continued for a while to blow off and drain the water drops adhered to the inner wall of the duct by force-fed air. Accordingly, a perfect draining can be performed.
