PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely position a weight on a foundation without using any crane and couple both. SOLUTION: After an RC structure (weight) 2 is transported on a vibration test base (foundation) 5 by an air roller, it is positioned between the air rollers by expansion upward, and a supporting rubber-made air jack 19 is interposed. A slide layer 27 of a low friction coefficient is adhered through a rubber layer on the push-up face 22 of the air jack and the corresponding face 24 of the bottom face of the RC structure 2. The RC structure 2 and the four-corner part of the foundation are connected by a jack 30, and the RC structure 2 is before and behind, right and left moved in a horizontal face by the expansion. The anchor bolt insertion hole 32 of the RC structure 2 is positioned in the anchor bolt screwing hole 31 of the vibration test base 5 by the before and behind movement or rotation. Thereafter, the RC structure 2 is supported on a support material by the contraction of each air jack 19, and an anchor bolt 33 inserted in each anchor bolt insertion hole 32 is screwed in the anchor bolt screwing hole 31 to be tightened.
