PURPOSE: A fuel injection nozzle manufacturing method is provided to be efficiently protected from the heat corrosion by coating a nozzle head with a hot-corrosion resistant alloy, of which a part receiving the highest stress is mechanically firm enough to endure a shock stress and corrosion for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The fuel injection nozzle manufacturing method is comprised of the steps of:manufacturing into the desired final outer shape with a steel capable of a heat-process in a state that a single piece basic body(2) including a longitudinal bore(3), a needle seat(5) and nozzle head(6) is not hardened; coating the hot-corrosion resistant alloy on the nozzle head; forming a nozzle hole bore(61); hardening the single piece body(2). |
