PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a diet food composition usable as a wheat flour substitute food, capable of making a fat person or an overweight person recover an ideal weight and maintain it for a long period of time by including a specific component. SOLUTION: This composition is a medicine composition and comprises (A) a blood cholesterol lowering agent selected from the group consisting of benfluorex [preferably 7-23 wt.%] and ursodesoxycholic acid, (B) a blood triglyceride lowering agent preferably being benfluorex, (C) a lipase and protease agent being preferably pancreatin IX F.U. (preferably 27-34 wt.%), (D) a hypoglycemic agent being preferably metformin (preferably 36-41 wt.%) and (E) a watery choleretic selected from the group consisting of sodium dehydrocholate (preferably 9-14 wt.%) and ursodesoxycholic acid.
