PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten working time for an attachment for vibration parts feeder by providing a grinding working process performing grinding working into a prescribed shape up to a prescribed depth for a plate and a cutting process cutting out the attachment from a desired part of the plate. SOLUTION: When an attachment of a bowl of a vibration parts feeder is manufactured, a circular-arc groove of an outline line 81 to include the attachment according to the shape of this attachment is formed by cutting on a steel rectangular plate 80. In this groove, a step part 86 is formed. Next, a groove 82 of a prescribed depth extending in the longitudinal direction is formed at the center part of the plate 80. At both of corner parts, grooves 83, 84 which are square in plane shapes are cut. Next, marking-off 91 to 97 are drawn according to the shape of the attachment to be manufactured, subsequently, attachments A to G of various kinds of shapes are cut out by wire electric discharge machining, and a through hole and/or a screw hole (h)... is formed at a proper portion of each attachment A to G.
