PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move an opening/closing lid and a locking member by one operation without using electric power. SOLUTION: The locking member 14 is provided freely movably between an unlocking position and a locking position, the opening/closing lid 22 is provided freely movably between a closed position and an open position and a key insertion member 5 for inserting a key 6 from the outside is provided. In this case, a spindle 8 to be rotated together with the key insertion member 5 is provided, the rotation of the spindle 8 is converted to linear movement by a disk 10 and a link rod 12 pin-connected to it and the locking member 14 is fixed to the tip of the link rod 12. A rotating direction of the spindle 8 is converted by a pair of miter gears 15 and 16 and the rotation is converted to the linear movement by a swing arm 18 fixed to the miter gear 16 and a slider 20. The opening/closing lid 22 is fixed to the slider 20 and the locking member 14 and the opening/closing lid 22 are moved together by the rotating operation of the key 6.
