PURPOSE: An auto gain controller having a temperature compensation function is provided to attain constant gain to an input signal. CONSTITUTION: The auto gain controller comprises a transistor including a gate terminal, a drain terminal, and a source terminal and a gain amplifier in which the source terminal of the transistor is coupled to an inverting input terminal, a reference signal is applied to a non-inverting input, and an output terminal is coupled to the gate terminal of the transistor.
