PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thixotropy-imparted resin mixture for a lamination having good processability in lamination and deaeration, also little changes in viscosity and degree of thixotropy even after a time passed fro the time point of its production and also capable of reducing an adding amount of an inorganic thixotropy-imparting agent in an open mold molding method of a FRP, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This thixotropy-imparted resin mixture is obtained by dispersing 0.1-10 pt.wt. inorganic thixotropy-imparting agent into a resin composition obtained by dissolving 90-10 pt.wt. unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl ester or their mixture with 10-90 pt.wt. cross-linking monomer so as to become 100 pts.wt. total amount, so that the degree of dispersion measured according to JIS K 5400-1900, section 4.7, becomes 5-60μm range.
