Device for treating food products with hot conditioned air

The device has a housing (1) with a helical conveyer (7) for the food product displacement, an air circulation fan (12), and an air conditioning heat exchanger (13). The conveyer is driven by rotating column (8) which has air distribution ducts (9) having air outlet openings (10) ensuring air distribution over the conveyer. The air emerging from the openings (10) is divided into counter flows and then returns to the fan through duct (15). The temperature of the air fed to the conveyer turns is even and the heat intensity is adjusted by the volume or velocity of the air. For cleaning purposes the air distribution duct is provided with a lifting cylinder assembly (17).
