PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high recovery efficiency by a method wherein a first and a second screens which are arranged in two stages are provided, and fine dusts such as fume dusts or the like generated in arc welding operation are collected by being sucked together with surrounding air from a collection part by a negative pressure operation by operation of regular rotation of a blower. SOLUTION: A flexible hose 15 wherein a collection part 10 is provided at its tip part, a first screen 30 and a second screen 50 are successively arranged in series, and a roots blower 60 wherein reciprocally switching operation is enabled to be executed is connected thereto. For the first screen 30, an inside of a box body 31 is sectioned into a suction room 32 and a filter room 33 with a porous screen board 31a, that which is provided by filling a thin solid piece 35 of a ground product of a pet bottle or the like into a chemical fiber-made fabric bag 37 is made a first filter 34, and it is filled in the filter room 33. Further, for the second screen 50, a second filter 53 formed cylindrically by using a pleat-like nonwoven fabric of 0.1 to 0.5μm mesh wherein Teflon coating is applied to its surface, is equipped to a filter support frame 52.
