FIELD: medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an antithrombosis agent and a method of its preparing. An antithrombosis agent consists of heparin and peptide "Semaks" taken at the definite ratio of components. Method of preparing an agent involves mixing the complex preparation of high-molecular heparin with regulatory peptide "Semaks" at weight ratio = 1:1 and incubation at 37 C for 50-60 min. Invention provides preparing the preparation showing the broad spectrum of an anticoagulating and antithrombosis properties. The preparation is used by an intranasal administration in an organism.
