PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate as desired the value of settlement of accounts at the end of a term, to analyze and study the problems of the value of settlement of accounts and also to easily organize a corrected plan for the settlement of accounts by calculating the estimated value of settlement of accounts based on the past set value and the latest expectation data set at each time. SOLUTION: The estimated value of settlement of accounts is calculated based on the past set value and the latest expectation data set at each time. A settlement-of- accounts estimation system 1, for example, consists of a business terminal device 2, a manager terminal device 3, a host computer 4, an accounting work terminal device 5 and a data base group 6. The expected sales data are inputted from every device 2 for generation of the sales estimation data and then the general sales estimation data are calculated. Meanwhile, the expected cost data are inputted from every device 5 for generation of the cost estimation data. Then the general cost estimation data are calculated from those cost estimation data. Thus, the estimated value of settlement of accounts is calculated at the end of a term based on the general sales estimation data and the general cost estimation data. |
