PURPOSE:To improve a wear resistance property by forming an insulator of a vinyl chloride composite in which superparticulate amorphous silica is blended with vinyl chloride resin to which plasticizer and stabilizer are added. CONSTITUTION:An insulator of a wire is formed of a vinyl chloride composite in which superparticulate amorphous silica is blended with vinyl chloride resin to which plasticizer and stabilizer are added. Accordingly, a thixotropy effect (phenomenon in which a sol becomes a gel by a stir and vibration while returning to a sol by being left as it is) increases thus to improve an extrusion processing property and to raise surface luster for being smoothed. Thereby, a wear resistance property is improved while improving the wear resistance property of an insulating covering material as well as making weight reduction and improving workability by thinning the covering thickness. |
