SUBSTANCE: working device has vertical tine whose lower part is continued with curved blade, with tine surface and blade curvature generatrice coinciding with direction of movement of working device. Blade cutting side is provided with asymmetrical teeth bent to blade outer surface. Shape of teeth mates with blade curved surface and their long edge is faced to tine.
