The device consists of an expandable, watertight cover surface (17) which is limited between two face surfaces (11,12) made of rigid material so as to form a body (10) which can be filled with water and serve as a water tank. This has a closable inlet (13) for water input, an outlet (19) for water issue and a tab (14) for adjusting the amount of issued water are formed. A hose (15) is sealably connected to the outlet and can be used for directing water to a users' bottom. The expandable material of the water tank is foldable in a serpentine-type, in order to vary the volume of the filling body and the hose may be storable under the water tank body.
