PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable sucking state with a part, ranging from light one to heavy one even at very high speed operation of a device. SOLUTION: Inside a nozzle unit part 11, a valve 18 which allows circuit change whether a sucking nozzle part 19 is connected to a negative pressure circuit which can suck a part or not, a control part for judging kind of electronic part, and a plurality of valve switching levers 17 for allowing circuit change of the valve 18 are comprised. Further, a stopper lever 21 for selecting whether the lever is driven at the valve switching lever 17 or not is comprised, and relating to the valve switching lever 17, a valve switching timing is set in stepless manner by the control part for judging kind of electronic part. |
